    Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, is a martial art and combat sport that has a long and fascinating history. The origins of Muay Thai can be traced back over 1,000 years, to the battles fought by the Siamese army against neighboring kingdoms. As the art of war evolved, so did Muay Thai, with soldiers developing new techniques and strategies to gain the upper hand in battle. Today, Muay Thai is recognized as one of the most effective and versatile martial arts in the world, with a rich history that continues to inspire and captivate fighters and fans alike.

    Learning Muay Thai at Whitehouse MMA is an excellent way to develop new skills and improve fitness. Typically, classes begin with a warm-up and stretching session to prepare the body for training. Then, our instructors will teach techniques on punches, kicks, and knee strikes, focusing on proper form.

    As students progress, they may be introduced to more advanced techniques and combinations, as well as drills and sparring to practice their skills in a live setting. Our coaches will often work with students one-on-one to provide individual feedback and corrections.
