Women’s Self-Defense course begins!
One of the many concepts of life that must be applied is, to be peaceful one must also be capable of terrible things, for if one is harmless then there is nothing to fear. The women of FRBJJ have teamed up to create a class dedicated to bringing out their latent potential. The first class began on the 10th of January, where these women put their attention towards using their bodies, from a BJJ origin, to defend themselves against any would be assailants. Using natural body posture, movement, and general strength; the women of the FR are tailoring this course for a strong and solid core of self-defense. It is a must if you have an interest outside of traditional BJJ sport. Please use the email (whitehousebjj@gmail.com) if you have any question!
